YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers arriving at the parking facility; • Verify whether customers are authorized (credential displayed on the vehicle’s rearview mirror), monthly pass holders, or condominium residents; * Verify cash drawer balance at the start of your shift; * Operate cash register equipment in garages and parking lots (issuing entry and exit tickets for vehicles); * Manually issue vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuver vehicles to designated locations (in accordance with parking facility regulations); * Deliver vehicles to customers; * Organize vehicle storage within the garage; * Always maintain attentiveness; * Promptly report credential rejections to the Supervisor; * Complete the shift-end cash register closing report. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Completed elementary education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) category B; * Proficiency/knowledge operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; * Integration and Collaboration; * Engagement; * Productivity and Efficiency; * Customer-Centric Mindset. Employment Type: Permanent — CLT Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (with weekly days off and one Sunday per month) — We have openings for all shifts due to our 24/7 operation.
