Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Set up mise en place, and prepare and organize tables before and after each service. Sterilize and organize cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, and plates. Receive, verify, and organize materials provided by the storeroom according to requisitions. Replenish beverage stock. Assist in serving dishes, beverages, and desserts at tables, guest rooms, or events. Maintain organization in service areas, assisting with setup and breakdown. Record customer orders and requests for the kitchen team. Control access to the restaurant. Set up, break down, and restock the buffet.
