Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide customer service, offering tips and suggestions regarding hotel services. Verify and confirm special requests made by guests during their stay. Negotiate with customers based on daily rates. Input confirmed reservations and their respective notes into the system. Record credit entries in the guest’s reservation within the system.
