**Activity Summary:** * Provide assistance in computer network administration and user support in all aspects of hardware, software, and corporate systems. * Responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of IT resources, providing Level 1 (N1) and Level 2 (N2) technical support to all functional areas and services of the company. **Main Responsibilities** **Technical Support (N1 and N2)** * Handle and resolve technical support tickets related to hardware, software, systems, and network. * Perform incident diagnosis and resolution, escalating to higher levels when necessary. * Provide remote and on-site support to employees, ensuring speed and quality in service delivery. * Document procedures and solutions applied, contributing to the IT team's knowledge base. * Train users in the use of company software and tools. **Computer Maintenance** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals. * Assemble and configure equipment according to company standards. * Identify and fix hardware failures. * Format and reinstall operating systems. * Perform and restore data backups. **Computer Networking (Basic)** * Configure routers and switches. * Perform network cable crimping and testing. * Structure and organize local area networks (LAN). * Test and ensure communication between devices and servers. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in IT-related fields, or * Completed technical course in Computer Science or related areas. **Desirable Skills:** * Computer maintenance (hardware and software). * Computer networking (basic). * Installation and configuration of systems. * Basic SQL. * Technical support and customer service N1/N2.
