Ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What are we looking for?** A proactive, committed individual with strong interpersonal skills. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Registering and managing tickets, handling first and second-level requests; * Providing support for operating systems, software installation, Office Suite, Networks, Printers and Peripherals, as well as maintenance for desktops and laptops; * Performing directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange and Lotus Notes email, setting up profiles, installing VPN, IP configuration; * Monitoring, responding to, and updating tickets in the system, preventing queues that could compromise project SLAs, and minimizing ticket backlogs; * Creating and updating knowledge base articles, procedures, service scripts, and problem resolutions on the KCS portal. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma * Knowledge in Network Troubleshooting, Microcomputing, Software and Hardware, Service Desk tools, Operating Systems, and Office Suite. **Differentiating factors:** * Pursuing a higher education degree in Technology. **Work schedule:** * ****MON-FRI 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM * Work model: 100% onsite (Santo Amaro, Maceió \- AL). **NOTE:** Hey!
