**1\.**Assign routes and delivery notes for loading according to shipping manifests; **2\.**Monitor and verify refrigerated trailer temperatures before cargo loading; **3\.**Inspect products to be loaded onto trucks and ensure cargo integrity; **4\.**Oversee cargo loading and unloading operations; **5\.**Manage merchandise returns, complete the daily return form, and submit the document to the Billing Department; **6\.**Control incoming inventory (quantity, batch, and storage location); **7\.**Conduct weekly inventory counts in accordance with requirements pre\-established by Coordination; **8\.**Manage the FIFO (First In, First Out) process; **9\.**Control and record production goods entering storage in the cold room (count, batch, and date);
