Team and stakeholder coordination **Job Mission** Ensure the efficient and effective execution of real estate projects—from conception through to completion—guaranteeing delivery on time, within budget, and meeting established quality standards. Contribute to creating built environments that meet client and community needs while advancing innovation and sustainability in the real estate sector. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **Project Planning:** * Develop and review project scope, specifications, and schedules. * Create and update detailed schedules using project management tools. * Define and allocate required resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. **Feasibility Analysis and Preliminary Studies:** * Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies for projects. * Evaluate site location and legal, environmental, and regulatory aspects of land parcels. * Prepare feasibility reports and cost-benefit analyses. **Coordination and Communication:** * Facilitate communication among all parties involved, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. * Organize and lead team meetings and stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and issue resolution. * Update and inform stakeholders regarding project progress, issues, and proposed solutions. **Documentation and Compliance Management:** * Manage all project documentation, including contracts, licenses, approvals, and compliance records. * Ensure all documents are up-to-date, archived, and accessible to all involved parties within the company’s common data environment (Autodoc). * Ensure projects comply with safety, environmental, and construction standards and regulations. **Project Monitoring and Control:** * Track project progress, verifying adherence to schedule and budget. * Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for issues that may affect project execution. * Conduct site inspections and technical reviews to ensure quality and compliance with established standards. **Financial Management:** * Analyze and monitor project budgets, tracking costs and preventing financial deviations. * Prepare and review financial and progress reports for coordination teams and stakeholders. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and service providers. **Quality and Continuous Improvement:** * Ensure quality and safety standards are met across all project phases. * Implement continuous improvement practices based on lessons learned and feedback from stakeholders. **Project Closure Support:** * Review final project delivery within Autodoc, including work approvals, final inspections, and close-out documentation. * Evaluate project performance, documenting outcomes and lessons learned. Updates and Professional Development: * Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and real estate regulations. Participate in trainings, workshops, and courses related to project management and construction. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
