Description: We are looking for a proactive professional with strong technical knowledge for our field team at the Port of Alagoas. The candidate must have experience in supporting network and communication infrastructure. Responsibilities and duties * Perform physical installation of telecommunications equipment, including routers, switches, antennas, and other devices. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications infrastructures, ensuring system integrity and reliability. * Install, configure, and maintain structured cabling systems for communication networks. * Physically organize Data Centers (CPD) and racks, ensuring efficient arrangement of equipment and cables. * Document technical details of interventions performed, preparing accurate activity reports. * Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support and projects, to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction. * Perform repairs on optical fiber cables, carrying out splicing and connections with precision, as well as other types of cabling and terminations. * Use optical testing equipment to assess transmission quality and identify faults. * Conduct visual inspections and use measuring instruments to ensure fiber integrity. * Configure, install, and optimize radio communication systems, as well as diagnose and fix issues in radio equipment, antennas, and transmission systems. * Perform preventive maintenance, focusing on optical fibers, radio communication, towers, structured cabling, and physical organization of CPD and racks. * Conduct regular inspections of communication towers to ensure structural integrity and proper functioning of antennas and equipment, strictly complying with safety regulations for work at heights. * Update ITSM tools with current information. * Communicate via e-mail to report activities and updates. * Participate in meetings and collaborate through the Teams platform. * Intermediate knowledge of Server Administration and Active Directory Requirements and qualifications Behavioral profile (Soft Skills): Proactive, Resolute, Analytical, Good public speaking, Empathetic, Good listener, Organized, Negotiator, Ambitious, and Motivated.
