We are seeking a BIM Digital Engineering Specialist to work on high-complexity industrial and infrastructure projects, playing a leading role in integrating engineering, planning, and execution—leveraging BIM 4D/5D, digital constructability, AWP, and Lean Construction as strategic tools. **Your challenge here** * Transform BIM models into real decision-making tools; * Anticipate construction risks through digital constructability analyses; * Integrate schedule, cost, and engineering in collaborative environments; * Elevate the digital maturity level of projects and the company. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and manage BIM 4D and 5D models for integrated planning (time and cost). * Conduct digital constructability analyses to anticipate risks and propose optimized solutions. * Integrate BIM with AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) and LPS (Last Planner System) methodologies. * Coordinate multidisciplinary clash detection and model coordination processes. * Ensure data governance in accordance with ISO 19650 and corporate standards. * Support implementation of Digital Thread and integration with ERP systems and planning platforms. * Prepare physical\-financial progress reports and management dashboards (Power BI, Synchro). * Contribute to the company’s digital maturity evolution. * Willingness to travel. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Civil, Production, or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial or infrastructure projects using BIM. * Mandatory knowledge: * Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro (4D), and planning tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project). * BIM 4D/5D, cost management, and integrated scheduling. * ISO 19650 standards and Lean Construction practices. **What we expect from you:** * Critical thinking and results orientation. * Clear communication and ability to collaborate effectively. * Adaptability to digital environments and change management. * Organization and discipline. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with AWP and LPS; * BIM\-ERP and Power BI integration; * Familiarity with Digital Twin and IoT; * BIM Manager certification (buildingSMART or equivalent); * AWP certification (CII or COAA); * PMI\-PMP or equivalent (preferred); * Lean Construction / Last Planner System. **Additional information** * 44 (forty-four) working hours per week; * Willingness to travel; * Employment type to be agreed upon; * Remuneration to be agreed upon; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance plan with nationwide coverage and co-payment, extendable to dependents (spouse and children); * Dental insurance; * Wellhub \+ Conexa Saúde (formerly Gympass); * Group life insurance.
