




Job Summary: This position involves ingredient preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, assisting the chef, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ingredient preparation and portioning 2. Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization 3. Assisting with basic cooking techniques and dish plating * **Preparation:** Washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients (vegetables, legumes, meats) for recipes. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Keeping countertops, equipment, utensils, and the kitchen area clean and organized in accordance with food safety standards. * **Chef Support:** Assisting with basic cooking techniques (boiling, baking) and final dish plating. * **Inventory Control:** Checking and reporting the need to restock food items and supplies. * **Dishwashing:** Washing dishes, cutlery, trays, and assisting with thermal counter organization.
