Description: Elementary education Experience in the role * Prepare metal and concrete surfaces through sanding, blasting, brushing, scraping and cleaning; * Apply primers, sealers, paints, enamels, varnishes and special coatings (epoxy, PU, synthetic enamel, anti-corrosive, etc.); * Operate paint spray guns (conventional, airless and other techniques), as well as rollers and brushes; * Control the thickness of applied paint layers, ensuring uniformity and adhesion; * Perform visual inspection and repairs on areas with defects, peeling or corrosion; * Properly prepare and mix paints, solvents and additives according to the manufacturer's technical specifications; * Interpret service instructions, maintenance orders and technical procedures; * Comply with safety and environmental regulations, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals; * Keep painting equipment, tools and work area clean and organized; * Carry out activities at heights, in confined spaces and industrial environments, correctly using PPE and collective protection equipment; * Comply with company policies, rules, code of conduct and all internal procedures applicable to the position (quality, environment, safety, human resources and operational procedures of the working area) and participate in internal and/or external training requested by the company. * Make necessary records according to preventive maintenance plan * Safeguard company property under your responsibility, reporting any problems or damage detected to the immediate supervisor. 2510230202201799774
