Experience in metallurgical/casting plant floor operations Perform commercial cutting activities on the cold-cutting shear and inspect short bars and coils, ensuring bar length complies with the commercial standard specified in the production order and product quality complies with the product specification, monitoring quality after the product exits the production line and conducting dimensional testing on finished products to achieve and control established targets. **Requirements** Completed high school education. Basic ability to read and interpret drawings and metrology. Experience in plant floor operations at a metallurgical or foundry company. Residence in Araçariguama, São Roque, Mairinque, Alumínio, Pirapora do Bom Jesus, Sorocaba, or Votorantim. Availability to work rotating shifts and a 6x2 schedule. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
