Job Summary: Operational Young Apprentice responsible for baggage receipt, handling, and dispatch, developing behavioral skills. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to develop behavioral skills 2. Proactivity and willingness to learn Description: * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and walking throughout the operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, flight-related signaling, floor inspection and sweeping to collect fallen objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Baggage Receipt and Sorting * Baggage Handling * Baggage Dispatch In addition to operational activities, the Young Apprentice will have opportunities to develop behavioral skills such as teamwork, organization, responsibility, and proactivity.
