Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment A technology company specializing in developing health care management systems is seeking a Full-Support Analyst in Paraná. **Responsibilities:** Provide initial user support in person, by phone, or via ticketing system. Register, classify, and track technical support requests. Identify and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues. Install and configure computers, printers, and peripherals. Assist in creating and configuring user accounts, e-mails, and institutional system access. Guide users on proper usage of systems, equipment, and technological resources. Handle more complex technical tickets escalated from Level 1 support. Perform advanced diagnosis and resolution of issues related to systems, equipment, and network connectivity. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. Support basic server administration and local network infrastructure management. Install, update, and maintain corporate software used across institutional departments. Assist in executing backup routines, system updates, and implementation of information security best practices. Document technical solutions and procedures adopted during support activities. Previous experience as Technical Support Analyst, Customer Support Analyst, IT Support Specialist, or Technical Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
