




Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and supervising laboratory activities, coordinating tests, ensuring quality and biosafety, and leading the technical team. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and legal responsibility for laboratory operations. * Organize and supervise laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards and biosafety regulations; * Coordinate the execution of laboratory tests, ensuring result quality and reliability; Determine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control; * Monitor the use, storage, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies; Guide and supervise the technical team, promoting continuous training and adherence to ethical standards; * Assume technical and legal responsibility for laboratory operations before regulatory agencies and professional councils; Ensure compliance with sanitary surveillance regulations and applicable legislation; * Maintain internal and external contacts, requiring skill, knowledge, and sensitivity to lead, refer, negotiate, and resolve diverse situations related to patient care processes; * Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies regarding occupational safety, require activities to be performed according to predefined quality standards, and guarantee the physical assets' integrity of the Institution by its employees; 40 Hours per Week **POSITION ALSO AVAILABLE FOR PCD AND/OR REHABILITATED CANDIDATES** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
