**Job Objective** Control the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies used in production, ensuring organization, traceability, and adequate supply for the factory’s production lines and construction sites. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and store materials and supplies according to invoices and purchase orders; * Monitor incoming and outgoing items and minimum stock levels using internal systems and spreadsheets; * Supply production departments with required materials according to usage schedules; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, complying with safety regulations; * Conduct periodic inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and support loss control; * Properly label and identify stored products; * Assist in verifying material returns and exchanges; * Generate inventory control reports and collaborate with the purchasing department regarding restocking needs. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of inventory control and material handling; * Familiarity with computer applications (Excel, management systems); * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Hard Skills** * Experience in material storage, inspection, and inventory; * Proficiency in both physical and system-based inventory control; * Knowledge of control tools (ERP systems, spreadsheets, labels, etc.); * Ability to read invoices and purchase orders. **Desirable Differentiators** * Prior experience in industrial warehousing or civil construction; * Familiarity with systems such as Sólides, TOTVS, SAP, or similar; * Certification as forklift operator or in cargo handling. **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)** * Organization and focus; * Agility and sense of priority; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Responsibility and commitment to deadlines and processes. **Are you organized, practical, and do you thrive in dynamic environments?** Join Lightwall as an essential part of our operations!
