




Job Summary: Responsible for programming, setting up, and adjusting CNC milling machines to manufacture parts according to technical drawings and specifications, ensuring quality, accuracy, and productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Program and adjust CNC milling machines for part manufacturing. 2. Ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity of the process. 3. Interpret technical drawings and develop CNC programs. Responsible for programming, setting up, and adjusting CNC milling machines to manufacture parts according to technical drawings and customer specifications. Must ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity of the process, optimizing programs and monitoring the machining process. * Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing plans, and production orders; * Develop CNC programs for milling machines using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM, etc.); * Select appropriate cutting tools, cutting parameters, and machining strategies; * Perform machine setup: tool mounting, workpiece clamping, and machine/workpiece zero setting; * Make program adjustments directly on the machine control panel when necessary; * Monitor the production process to ensure part conformity; * Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.); * Correct any process or quality deviations; * Maintain organized and updated programs in accordance with company standards; * Complete production and quality records; * Ensure proper maintenance of machines, tools, and the workplace; * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
