Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to provide home-based service, ensuring high-quality internet connectivity and guiding users on proper internet usage. Key Highlights: 1. Home-based service and technical support. 2. Performs performance tests and configures equipment. 3. Verifies infrastructure and completes service reports. **Job Summary** We seek a proactive and detail-oriented professional to deliver home-based service to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality connectivity by conducting tests, replacing equipment, and advising users on optimal internet usage. **Key Responsibilities** * **Home-Based Service:** Conduct scheduled technical visits for support and maintenance. * **Performance Testing:** Execute speed tests (Ping, Download, Upload) and diagnose packet loss or signal interference. * **Equipment Configuration:** Install and configure routers, ONUs/Modems, and signal repeaters. * **Basic Infrastructure:** Inspect cabling (UTP or Fiber Optic) and connectors. * **Reporting:** Complete service orders via mobile app/system, documenting performed tasks and final signal quality.
