




Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for technical support, installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment, networks, and operating systems, supporting end users and stores. The professional will be responsible for providing technical support, installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, networks, and operating systems. Provide technical support to end users and stores, resolving issues related to networks, hardware, and software remotely and on-site; Perform tasks and address service requests within the Service Level Agreement (SLA); Install, configure, and update software and operating systems on workstations; Diagnose and resolve failures in operating systems, applications, and IT equipment; **IT Support Technician Responsibilities** Provide first-level technical support to resolve simple issues related to systems, computers, networks, printers, POS terminals, time clocks, telephony, and other devices. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under supervision or following defined procedures. Assist store and office staff in the correct use of IT systems and equipment. Identify recurring failures and report them to the responsible supervisor for evaluation. Support verification of the functionality of IT equipment and infrastructure across units. Participate, under supervision, in activities involving installation and configuration of equipment in new stores or during technology upgrades. Follow information security guidelines and operational best practices when using systems. Contribute improvement suggestions and promptly communicate critical incidents to supervision. **Requirements** * **Education**: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in IT-related fields (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Networks, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related areas). * **Experience**: Experience in IT technical support or Service Desk roles, delivering first-level user support for diagnosing and resolving issues related to computers, operating systems, networks, printers, and peripherals. Practical experience in basic installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment; user support for corporate systems; logging and tracking service requests in ticketing tools; and execution of technical support procedures. Experience in remote and/or on-site support, adhering to operational procedures and information security best practices.
