If you are interested in becoming part of this team that works daily with simplicity and passion, apply now to our opportunities! **Join Plena today!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Trimming offal and separating viscera; Cleaning and processing viscera, removing contents, performing thorough washing, and operating centrifuges to ensure sanitary safety; Maintaining the work area, equipment, and tools (knives, hooks, platforms) in impeccable hygienic condition, regularly using knife sterilizers and hand-washing sinks; Complying with occupational safety regulations, following predetermined procedures and instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Reside in Pará de Minas/MG; Prior experience handling knives; Experience in operational tasks requiring physical effort; Availability to work from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **Additional Information** **At Plena, you will find:** Meals provided at the company.
