Our culture values people as the organization’s main asset, encouraging talent development and promoting an environment of collaboration, well-being and high performance. **What you will do:** Produce texts for campaigns, institutional content, and social media materials; Adapt the tone of voice of each brand to different channels and objectives (institutional, engagement, traffic, etc.); Write scripts for videos, events, activations, and influencer campaigns; Support planning and maintenance of the editorial calendar together with the social media team; Review and adjust texts received from agencies or partners, ensuring brand alignment; Contribute creative ideas and content proposals with the team; Participate in organizing supporting documents for content production (glossaries, tone of voice guide, creative directions, etc.); Collaborate closely with social media, creators, audiovisual, and design teams. **What you need to have:** Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing or related fields; Experience in advertising and institutional writing; Mastery of standard Portuguese, with creative language adaptable to different contexts; Familiarity with social media and digital content formats; Knowledge of SEO and content marketing. **Advantageous skills:** Social media copywriting, campaign and institutional content; Experience in text production within multi-brand environments or language standardization; Experience working with creative teams or internal marketing.
