Value You Deliver * End\-to\-End Feature Ownership: Design, development, and delivery of high\-availability services. * Development Expertise: Build and maintain high\-performance services, with proficiency in one of the following technologies Golang, C\#, Kotlin or Java. * Cloud\-Native Orchestration: Deploy and manage services using Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes, ensuring that applications are scalable and resilient from day one. * Technical Mentorship: Act as a force multiplier by mentoring junior developers, conducting rigorous code reviews, and fostering a culture of engineering excellence within your Scrum team. * Operational Health: Implement Observability (tracing, metrics, and logs) to ensure your services perform optimally in production, taking ownership of the "build it, run it" philosophy.
