Your mission is to ensure architectural quality, scalability, and technical delivery of complex projects spanning multiple teams—balancing *trade-offs* between delivery speed and robustness, while guaranteeing secure and consistent flow of patient and healthcare professional data across different systems and ecosystem partners. * **Technical Leadership**: Serve as the right-hand partner to engineering and product management, translating complex business requirements into designs for distributed, resilient systems. * **Architecture and Design**: Design solutions for high concurrency and low latency. Define API standards, data modeling, and integration strategies (Synchronous/Asynchronous). * **Operational Excellence**: Raise the bar on quality (automated testing, observability, CI/CD). Requirements and Qualifications * **Experience**: Proven track record leading mission-critical systems. * **Tech Stack**: Java/Kotlin, NodeJS, React, Cloud (GCP – preferred, AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Relational Databases (Postgres/Oracle/SQL Server) and NoSQL (Mongo), Event-Driven Architectures. * **Security and Privacy**: Solid knowledge of LGPD, protection of Sensitive Personal Data (PII/PHI), and Secure-by-Design principles. * **Influence-Based Leadership**: Ability to navigate among technical, medical, and business teams, aligning conflicting expectations.
