Provide technical support and user training **Job Description:** Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Identify and fix bugs and performance issues. Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Address system requirements from various users by analyzing needs and identifying the most suitable, market-available, and company-compatible technological solutions. Guide users on equipment and system usage by providing technical support and training. Ensure performance and availability of technological resources. Monitor identification and resolution of technical problems and deviations. Manage company systems in coordination with vendors, ensuring detailed logging of all open tickets—including accurate classification of criticality level, affected systems, and service type—via an online system, and track their progress. Perform system installations, configurations, and parameterizations per internal guidelines and vendor specifications. Design and execute test scripts for systems, documenting required data. Develop and maintain SQL scripts (ORACLE). Gather system requirements from users / conduct business analysis. Create operational and managerial reports using BI tools. Preferred Qualification: Health insurance provider processes. **Oracle database knowledge.** Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and operating system administration. **Problem-solving ability and teamwork skills.** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (completed or currently pursuing).
