




Job Summary: The Business Consultant/Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for in-person and telephone customer service, as well as document promotion and verification. Customer service experience (preferred) Your daily responsibilities as a Business Consultant / Customer Support Assistant will include: Providing in-person and telephone customer service, as well as document promotion and verification. Desirable qualifications: customer service experience, telemarketing experience, document verification, acquisition of new customers, experience with computerized systems, database registration for mailing lists, and direct mail campaigns. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
