Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing and delivering training (TWI, IT/TP) to new employees and production supervisors, ensuring appropriate follow-up and capability development. Key Highlights: 1. Organizes and delivers training for new employees 2. Conducts follow-up for employees during their probationary period 3. Trains production supervisors in operational activities Description: * Completed high school education; * Experience in the field and knowledge of slaughterhouse operations will be considered as advantages. * Organize and deliver TWI (Training Within Industry), IT (Work Instruction)/TP (Standardized Work) training to new employees across all production lines; * Prepare and provide all necessary training materials for new employees, ensuring the training venue is ready and suitable (PPEs, products, materials, banners, videos, photos, etc.). * Conduct follow-up until the end of the probationary period for new employees, verifying opportunities for method implementation and monitoring employee skill and performance. * Train new production supervisors across all departments in key operational activities. * Ensure that production supervisors on the lines where activities are taught understand the method according to IT/TP. 2511120202181862210
