Job Summary: Perform administrative routines, providing support to management and ensuring compliance with processes for high operational performance. Key Highlights: 1. Perform queries, write-offs, and transfers of Royalty Credits related to grain purchases. Monitor and verify unloading confirmations within grain contracts for subsequent payment indication. Issue billing authorizations, request price locks, and indicate payments for grain purchase contracts. Issue Electronic Fiscal Invoices (NFE) for purchases, sales, price fixing, supplements, rejections, and grain returns. Control and reconcile grain inflow and outflow movements, as well as safeguard inventory. Resolve customer discrepancies related to grain balances, monitor and justify pending balances (financial discounts/physical adjustments), and ensure proper documentation. Support external and/or internal audit requests. Prepare Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for the Administrative and Operations departments of the unit, monitor approval workflows, and validate documentation for payment processing. Support updating the document management organization for third-party contracts. Assist with unit Personnel Department tasks, such as timekeeping, hiring, termination, vacation management, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) entries.
