




Job Summary: Perform administrative routines for the unit, providing management support and ensuring process compliance, contributing to high operational performance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in HR routines and document organization Perform administrative routines for the unit, providing administrative management support and ensuring compliance with administrative processes according to the Company's Policies and Procedures, contributing to the unit's high operational performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** Issue grain purchase contracts, collect signatures and supporting documents, and maintain documentation records. Operationalize credit release requests based on information, documentation, and opinions received from the commercial department. Perform queries, write-offs, and transfers of Royalty Credits related to grain purchases. Monitor and verify unloading confirmations within grain contracts for subsequent payment indication. Issue billing authorizations, request price locks, and indicate payments for grain purchase contracts. Issue Electronic Invoices (NFE) for grain purchases, sales, price fixing, supplements, rejections, and returns. Control and reconcile grain inflow and outflow movements, as well as oversee inventory. Resolve outstanding customer balances related to grains, monitor and justify pending balances (financial discounts/physical adjustments), and ensure respective documentation. Support external and/or internal audit-related requests. Prepare Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for the unit’s Administrative and Operations departments, track approval workflows, and validate documentation for payment processing. Support updating third-party contract document management systems. Assist the unit’s Personnel Department with tasks such as timekeeping, hiring, termination, vacation management, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) record entries.
