




Job Summary: The professional will provide welcoming services, organize the front desk, manage appointments and records, and ensure administrative quality and service excellence. Managing medical records and providing general administrative support **Company/Work Location:** Passo Fundo \- RS **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Responsibilities:** ➡️Provide personal and telephone welcoming services to participants, including appointment scheduling and confirmations, information about company operations, services offered by the company and the Family Health Strategy, information about the provider network, and answers to various inquiries; ➡️Organize the front-desk and service reception area: ➡️Direct participants according to their needs, following pre-established routines and observing priority criteria (e.g., elderly, pregnant women, emergencies); ➡️Distribute service demand rationally based on the number of professionals present per shift; ➡️Record daily no-shows; ➡️Perform relevant documentation; ➡️Manage waiting times; ➡️Update participant identification data and existing company databases (registration, support network, medical records, and others); ➡️Participate in ongoing professional development activities, as well as in planning and organizing health actions and work processes to be implemented within the company; ➡️Route telephone inquiries to appropriate healthcare team members according to workflow, aiming for effective resolution; ➡️Print and manage forms used by company professionals, ensuring service quality; ➡️Be responsible for controlling the company’s health records, ensuring proper archiving, confidentiality, and availability for operational use; ➡️Perform administrative tasks regardless of functional area; ➡️Remain updated on instructions, regulations, manuals, and routines to ensure accurate and faithful execution of responsibilities; ➡️Maintain organization and preservation of one’s workstation, materials, and equipment, promptly reporting failures, malfunctions, or incidents to the immediate supervisor to ensure proper functioning of company assets; ➡️Carry out tasks in an organized manner to ensure continuity and timely, high-quality completion of work processes; ➡️Identify opportunities and propose improvements for processes related to one’s responsibilities, as well as for issues affecting departmental productivity; ➡️Share information, experiences, and tasks harmoniously, contributing to achieving team and company goals.
