Conduct quality inspections and tests at various stages of the production process. Analyze quality control data and prepare reports, identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in internal and external quality-related audits. Maintain records and documentation of the quality management system. Propose and monitor team training and development initiatives. ? Required Knowledge Knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies. Data analysis skills and ability to interpret quality indicators. Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and act proactively. Knowledge of quality standards and regulations. ? Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate degree or MBA in Quality Management. Industry experience. Familiarity with quality management systems (ERP, MES, LIMS). Quality certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Internal Auditor. ? Academic Qualifications Completed bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Technology, or related fields.
