Grow and develop with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer service through digital platforms, ensuring agile support and effective resolution of requests; * Support physical stores, acting as an integration point between online and offline channels; * Manage sales processes, including order tracking, checkout, and delivery logistics; * Develop, monitor, and control managerial reports, supporting performance analysis and decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school or currently enrolled in or graduated from higher education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer and customer service system knowledge; * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance (Alelo); * On-site cafeteria/restaurant; * Transportation Allowance or Chartered Transport; * Unimed Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Gympass/Wellhub; * Partnerships with Higher Education Institutions; * Pharmacy Partnership; * SESC Partnership; * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Citizen Company); * Newborn Kit for maternity or paternity leave.
