**Technical Assistant** Ambientalis Análises de Ambientes Ltda., a company located in Palhoça \- SC, is hiring a Technical Assistant with availability for travel and a valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B), **to work in the state of Rio Grande do Sul and, occasionally, in other states of Brazil.** **Main responsibilities:** \- Carry out sampling according to Ambientalis and ABNT NBR 17037/2023 procedures; \- Be available for business trips upon prior schedule; \- Adhere to the established schedule and promptly inform the company of any unforeseen circumstances; \- Organize and verify sampling materials using the provided checklist; \- Check the vehicle’s condition before travel; \- Wear the company uniform (shirt and identification badge) and required personal protective equipment (PPE), as requested by clients; \- Safeguard company-provided materials, equipment, and vehicles; \- Remove used equipment and materials from the vehicle upon returning from sampling activities; \- Complete sampling spreadsheets via Google Drive, subject to review by the Technical Manager; \- Send water sample plates, cassettes, vials, and other relevant sampling materials to the laboratory; \- Conduct visual inspections of air conditioning equipment and the environments they serve; take photographic records when requested; \- Download photos and organize them into appropriately named folders (including name, date, and other relevant information); \- Prepare a photographic report with proper descriptions of the inspection and submit it to the company’s technical laboratory; \- Complete the vehicle mileage spreadsheet; \- Submit weekly travel expense reports, including all corresponding invoices; \- Report to the Logistics Coordination team at the end of each day for *feedback* and to communicate any execution-related issues; \- Report to the Technical Manager regarding any doubts concerning execution tasks or any unforeseen circumstances. **Minimum Requirements:** \- Completed high school education; \- Proficiency in Excel; \- Valid and permanent Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); \- Availability for travel (e.g., depart on Monday and return only on Friday). **General Information:** \- Working hours: As per schedule \- Meal allowance: R$ 572.00 per month \- Employment type: Permanent/CLT Job type: Full-time Salary: R$2\.834,19 per month Travel availability: * 100% (Mandatory)
