Document organization and sorting ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Assist in controlling the entry and exit of administrative staff, handle branch telephone calls (when necessary), assist employees visiting the company by collecting signatures on documents—including employment contracts, termination documents, and vacation documents—and provide support regarding payroll and benefits inquiries. Verify receipt of mailbags from headquarters, sort documents for each department, and deliver them.
