Interact with on-site and technical support teams. Observe and record incidents to report to the immediate supervisor and prepare daily incident reports; perform remote interaction with equipment; contact external and internal clients. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Flexible working hours (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) Basic computer skills Vehicle for commuting ### **JOB BENEFITS** SALARY: R$ 1.951,40 + R$30.00 food allowance per workday + meal break allowance + night shift allowance when working at night. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT
