We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our team, responsible for administering and supporting IT environments—including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networks, and virtualized environments. This professional will assist in maintaining, monitoring, and improving the technological infrastructure, supporting the implementation of solutions that ensure security, availability, performance, and organization of IT resources—directly contributing to business continuity and company growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), including user and group creation/administration, security policies (GPOs), and access control; * Administer Microsoft 365, covering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams; * Master infrastructure architecture, including networks, operating systems, enterprise applications, and multicloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Create and maintain SharePoint site structures, libraries, and basic workflows, ensuring information organization and access control; * Administer and monitor network infrastructure, including switches, routers, access points, and structured cabling; * Configure and manage MikroTik firewalls. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Certifications or courses in ITIL, AWS/Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365, Data Center, or VMware; * Technical knowledge of MikroTik, Microsoft licensing, 3CX PABX, Zabbix, virtual machines (VMs), Active Directory, SharePoint, and File Server; * Virtualization skills: VMware, Hyper-V, and containers; * Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, topologies, web servers, and network security; * Basic knowledge of servers and data centers. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Microsoft certifications; * Experience implementing SharePoint; * Experience administering networks.
