Recognition of professionals who pursue continuous improvement. **None:** **?Position:** Mechanical Technician III **Location:** Passo Fundo/RS \- On-site position ✨ About the Opportunity If you possess business acumen, leadership spirit, and believe in the transformative power of industry, this is your chance to make a difference! ?️ Key Responsibilities Record maintenance activities performed for respective departments by creating service orders, allocating hours, entering information, and closing orders in SAP, while evaluating and proposing improvements to maintenance plans. Request and reserve spare parts from the warehouse via SAP system registration, mapping used parts and identifying requirements. Execute scheduled maintenance activities in SAP, performing mechanical tasks focused on problem resolution, analyzing root causes of failures, assessing equipment criticality matrices, and defining actions to propose and implement process/equipment improvements. Focus on safety by using required PPE, conducting daily safety talks (DDS), completing work permits, and performing energy isolation and effective testing before working on equipment. Develop, analyze, and review documents, suggesting improvements and maintaining process standardization. Contribute technical expertise in the mechanical discipline through knowledge and hands-on experience to support team development and ensure sound technical decision-making. Inspect equipment operation via thermography, checklists, and machine condition assessments to prevent failures and drive continuous improvement. ? Required Knowledge Advanced knowledge of the process, enabling independent operation without supervision; Solve complex problems independently; Train new employees; Serve as leadership backup when necessary; Anticipate needs, interpret challenges, and propose solution recommendations to improve operations within the area. ? Specific Knowledge Technical knowledge in Industrial Mechanics; Knowledge of SAP/PM system; Knowledge of Crushing/Biodiesel area; Industrial Technical Knowledge ?
