We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, focused on supporting and maintaining computer labs and classroom electronic equipment. Responsibilities: Observe and implement corporate Information Technology standards and policies for the unit. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, projectors, network assets, and audio-visual equipment. Provide high-quality in-person support to students, teachers, and other institutional staff, adhering to the standards and scope of available IT services. Log and resolve low- and medium-complexity technical tickets, and escalate high-complexity issues to higher support levels. Manage and monitor computer lab reservations, ensuring the best possible experience for users. Use the service management system to fully document all interactions with supported users. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as technological proficiency. Basic proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Prior experience or foundational knowledge in customer service. Familiarity with hardware, operating systems, and workstation applications. Knowledge of structured cabling (data and telephony). Currently pursuing a degree. Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
