Job Summary: Dedicated professional for supporting and maintaining computer laboratories and electronic equipment in classrooms, providing technical assistance and managing reservations. Computer laboratory management We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, focusing on supporting and maintaining computer laboratories and classroom electronic equipment. Responsibilities: Observe and apply corporate Information Technology standards and policies for the unit. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, projectors, network assets, and audio/video equipment. Provide high-quality in-person technical support to students, teachers, and other institutional staff, adhering to the standards and scope of available IT services. Log and resolve low-to-medium complexity technical tickets, and escalate high-complexity issues to higher support tiers. Manage and monitor computer laboratory reservations, ensuring optimal user experience. Use the service management system to fully document all interactions with supported users. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with technological proficiency. Basic-level proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Experience or foundational knowledge in customer service. Familiarity with hardware, operating systems, and workstation applications. Knowledge of structured cabling (data and telephony). Currently pursuing a degree. Working hours: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
