Provide technical support (Help Desk) to internal users by handling daily requests, guiding proper use of tools, and ensuring operational continuity. Maintain physical and technical control of IT equipment—including computers, laptops, mobile phones, and other devices provided on loan—ensuring organization and traceability. Assist with configuration, installation, and maintenance of software, operating systems, and applications used by the company.
