




Job Summary: Field professional responsible for providing technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance of microcomputing and telecommunications equipment, as well as incident management. Key Highlights: 1. On-site technical support and maintenance for microcomputing and telecommunications equipment 2. Incident management and scheduling of service appointments 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment **Customer Service:** Perform on-site microcomputing and telecommunications support; Serve multiple customers per day, with availability to travel between regions; Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment; Install and configure devices and systems as required; Management and Reporting: Manage incidents and service appointments; Basic knowledge of networks, telecommunications, routers, switches, access points (APs), and rack assembly; Technical Knowledge: Hardware and software/microcomputing; Experience in maintenance and repair of electronic devices; Own vehicle (motorcycle not permitted) and valid driver's license; Availability for long-distance travel (over 300 km) and daily service visits (average of 300 km per day, subject to variation based on demand); Availability for last-minute travel assignments, with a minimum stay of one week away from home; Equipment Requirements: Laptop required; External hard drive/USB flash drive desirable (64GB and 128GB); Console cable; Smartphone with internet connectivity and Android operating system; Cable tester; Cable tracer; Crimping pliers and tool kit;
