Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** What are the main learnings and activities carried out during the program? * Observe and participate in the daily operations of the Recruitment and Selection department; * Publish job openings, screen resumes, and manage vacancies on our Careers Page platform; * Monitor the selection process: interviews and candidate profile-mapping assessments; * Provide administrative support to the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Psychology or Human Resources, from the 7th semester onward.
