Job Summary: The IT Assistant will provide first-level technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support to users. 2. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. 3. Prior experience providing technical support to users. The Grains and Protein Technologies team is seeking an IT Assistant to work at our plant located in Marau – RS. As an IT Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering first-level technical support—both on-site and remotely—to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks. Your Experience and Qualifications * Technical or undergraduate degree program in progress in the field of IT \- Prior experience providing technical support to users (on-site and remote) \- Basic knowledge of Microsoft solutions, antivirus, backup, and information security.
