Proficiency in financial modeling tools and project management software. **Desirable:** Postgraduate degree in related areas. Certification in project management (PMP, PMI, etc.). The Feasibility Analyst is responsible for conducting technical, economic, and environmental studies and analyses to evaluate the feasibility of new projects and improvements in the operations of the sanitation company. This professional supports strategic decision-making, ensuring the efficiency and sustainability of infrastructure projects and services provided by the company. **Responsibilities:** **Technical Feasibility Analysis:** Assess the feasibility conditions of new projects, such as water supply systems, sewage, waste treatment, and other sanitation-related infrastructure. **Environmental Impact Studies:** Conduct or support the development of environmental impact studies, ensuring that projects comply with environmental regulations and contribute to sustainable development. **Economic Feasibility Study:** Perform financial analyses to determine the economic viability of projects, considering implementation, operation, and maintenance costs, as well as potential funding sources and return on investment. **Project Monitoring:** Monitor the execution of ongoing projects, ensuring they remain within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. **Regulatory and Compliance Analysis:** Monitor and interpret sanitation sector regulations and standards, such as guidelines from the National Water Agency (ANA), ANEEL, among others, and ensure project compliance. **Technical Report Preparation:** Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management, clients, and partners. **Stakeholder Interaction:** Interact with various company departments (engineering, finance, legal, etc.) and with government agencies, suppliers, and specialized consultants. **Proposal and Bidding Evaluation:** Analyze and evaluate supplier and service provider proposals and technical documents to ensure project feasibility and compliance with requirements. 2510260202221833364
