Main Responsibilities: Prepare, analyze, and monitor project budgets for HVAC systems, considering materials, equipment, labor, and services. Develop physical and financial project schedules, monitoring cost and timeline deviations. Perform quantity take-offs for projects (drawings, descriptive specifications, and technical specifications). Analyze supplier proposals, evaluating costs, timelines, and technical compliance. Support engineering in defining technical solutions focused on cost optimization and efficiency. Prepare managerial reports on planning, budgeting, and project monitoring. Participate in alignment meetings with internal departments (engineering, procurement, commercial, and construction). #### **Education Level** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
