* **Availability to work from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.** * Supervise the production team during the shift; * Monitor production targets and operational performance; * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; * Monitor the operation of machines, equipment, and production processes; * Organize task distribution among the team; * Control production losses, waste, and downtime; * Ensure compliance with occupational hygiene and safety regulations; * Prepare reports and conduct shift handovers. * Experience in production supervision; * Experience in team management; **Advantages:** * Experience in the food industry or manufacturing; * Knowledge of production indicators; Salary: R$2.800,00 - R$3.052,16 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Basic food basket * Health plans and commercial discounts * Free parking * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Are you available to work from Monday to Saturday?
