Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals, and even learn more about yourself. **Responsibilities and duties** **DATA:** Location: Cachoeiro Applications until: 11/19 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Maintain interface with the procurement area, supporting supplier development and the development of new products and raw materials. * Maintain interface with the tax department regarding shipping procedures when necessary, as well as with logistics (in/outbound), procurement, S&OP, and quality areas regarding raw material planning; assist the engineer in production planning and machine production order changes. * Generate reports for analysis of raw material item consumption. Generate daily consumption reports for inputs and fibers. * Generate monthly specific input consumption reports (month-end closing). * Inventory and control inputs (chemicals, seedling trays, stretch films, shavings, glue, waste paper, vegetable oil) in manufacturing and conversion areas. * Fulfill input delivery schedules, lead time, transit time, minimum stock levels, and reorder points. Be responsible for complying with procedures, work instructions, and other SIG-related documents. * Know and practice SIG procedures and standards. Be a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to actively and responsibly care. * Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines. * Encourage proper use of PPE and the right to refuse work in serious risk situations, fostering proposal of control solutions. * Ensure daily governance of variable consumption. Ensure accurate reporting and effective communication of incidents, along with implementation of necessary corrective actions. * Ensure governance of reporting between regular and sniper communication.
