Currently, in addition to its headquarters and an Imported Distribution Unit in Espírito Santo (UDI-ES), Cajugram also operates distribution units in Brasília (UDI-DF) and Recife (UDI-PE). Cajugram, a reference in the marble and granite segment, seeks a Commercial Assistant to work at its Regional office, supporting sales demands and ensuring smooth coordination among the commercial team, billing, and logistics. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare sales orders and enter customer data into the system to make them available to the sales team. * Control and record product loading operations to help ensure goods preservation. * Direct drivers to the tax department and subsequently to the material loading dock. * Prepare material samples and coordinate logistics for delivery to customers. * Communicate commercial department requirements to the billing department to expedite invoice issuance. * Conduct inspections in the yard, storage areas, or shipping zones, photographing materials designated for the regional office. * Provide customer service at the unit in the absence of sales representatives. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Benefits:** * Health insurance plan (Unimed) with co-payment * Dental assistance * Cafeteria * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Commission after probationary period Work Location: BR 482 - Safra x Cachoeiro, S/N km 6 - União Neighborhood **Working Hours: 08:00 to 18:00**
