If you seek an environment focused on technology and innovation, where continuous development is part of everyday routine, this could be your opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, schedule, and lead production activities to ensure achievement of defined targets within established quality, cost, and safety standards, and guarantee compliance with product specifications; * Guide, monitor, and train the team under your responsibility to ensure compliance with company regulations, work procedures, occupational health and safety, discipline, motivation, productivity, and quality of produced parts; * Support the Human Resources department by adhering to policies and procedures related to people management, conducting performance evaluations, participating in recruitment and selection processes, assessing probationary periods, and other related activities aimed at achieving established goals; * Schedule employee vacation dates and overtime shifts, balancing workforce allocation to maintain production flow and maximize factory human resource productivity; * Complete and analyze daily production reports—aiming to identify and prioritize major disruptions in the production process and define corrective actions; * Identify root causes of non-conformities and/or anomalies in equipment, establish action plans, and address root causes to prevent recurrence; * Evaluate and disposition non-conforming parts and components through the use of specific forms, forwarding non-conforming parts and components to designated locations; * Coordinate, together with internal and external maintenance teams, equipment shutdowns for repairs, aiming to optimize production flow and extend equipment service life; * Support the Technical Assistance department by producing requested items within established deadlines; * Keep your immediate supervisor informed about critical departmental incidents and seek optimal solutions for each case to prevent disruptions and drive improvements; * Conduct daily 5S audits on production lines together with the team, aiming to identify improvement opportunities and process compliance; * Monitor execution of internal and external audits, providing information to identify necessary modifications and take measures to obtain certifications; * Identify needs for changes in work methods or production processes, recommending required adjustments to prevent disruptions and enhance productivity; * Inspect conditions of tools used and request purchases whenever necessary, following the defined internal procedure. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical course in Mechanics/Electrical Engineering or related fields; **Desirable:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Production experience and knowledge of Quality tools may be advantageous; * Intermediate-level Excel and Word proficiency. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Education Allowance for Children Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Prática University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRACTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **In Practice, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
