The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** Verification of the qualifications listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Verification of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). Technical Course in Occupational Safety or qualification as an Occupational Safety Engineer. Verification of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. At least one of the following Regulatory Standards (NR) courses OR a Machinery Operation course: NR10, NR20, NR33, NR35, Forklift Operator, Backhoe Operator, or Front-end Loader Operator. Verification of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. Proven professional experience in training activities, courses related to occupational safety, and occupational safety regulations. **VERIFICATION:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlating to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
