PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). Technical Course in Occupational Safety or qualification as an Occupational Safety Engineer. Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of valid diploma/certificate for the course. At least one of the following Regulatory Standards (NR) courses OR a Machinery Operation course: NR10, NR20, NR33, NR35, Forklift Operator, Backhoe Operator, or Front-end Loader Operator. Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of valid diploma/certificate for the course. Proven professional experience in training, occupational safety-related courses, and occupational safety regulatory standards. **VERIFICATION:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with the requirements of this Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
