**Job Description:** Assist in the development and implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) policy (quality, environment, and safety); Assess the organization’s compliance with applicable Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and environmental regulations; Conduct educational, awareness-raising, and training activities in occupational health, safety, and environmental protection; Investigate and analyze accidents, incidents, and work-related occurrences, and recommend preventive and control measures; Prepare statistical reports related to occupational safety and environmental performance, as well as ongoing action plans; Monitor, develop, and manage activities under occupational safety programs (PGR), occupational medicine programs (PCMSO), and other HSE reports and programs; Implement and enforce internal safety and environmental procedures and standards, including dissemination, employee training, and guidance; Deliver onboarding training for new employees and third-party personnel, as required; Manage third-party documentation; Monitor Ergonomics Program activities. Ensure compliance with applicable Brazilian Regulatory Standards (N.R.’s), advising relevant departments on required actions, participating in improvement teams and new developments, and tracking implementation action plans; Maintain, update, and manage the legal compliance monitoring program; Perform inspection checklists for facilities and equipment controls, request necessary corrections, and follow up on corrective actions; Assist in collecting information and conducting labor forensic assessments; Manage occupational safety and health, environmental documentation, expiration tracking, and submissions to external agencies; **Conducts Inspections and Audits:** Perform technical inspections, internal audits, and investigations of occupational incidents and accidents, proposing and monitoring corrective and preventive action plans. **Responsible for PPE Management:** Manage the distribution, control, and technical guidance on proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Legal Compliance:** Ensure fulfillment of legal requirements via the IUS Natura system; Conduct visits and inspections at BYD units and BYD customer sites; Responsible for establishing and documenting the Emergency Response Team; Develop risk controls, prioritizing elimination, followed by containment, and finally individual protection; Support leadership in reporting, KPIs, and departmental activity management; Support supplier development for occupational health and safety equipment and protective solutions; Support scheduling of medical examinations and internal outpatient clinic coordination; Support control and entry of HSE-related invoices (NFs) into the ERP system; Maintain the integrated quality and environmental management system; Perform internal audits and monitor both internal and external audits; Execute and monitor KPIs related to integrated management; Monitor action plans and propose measures for continuous improvement; Develop and coordinate document control to standardize quality processes in accordance with applicable standards. **Requirements:** Technical qualification in Occupational Safety / Environmental Technician **Experience in:** Occupational Safety, Environmental Policies and Practices, and PPE; IMS policies; documented information. Possession of NR certification Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards. Desirable: Nursing Technician qualification Valid driver’s license (CNH)
