Key Responsibilities: Develop and structure all procurement department processes and workflows, establishing a solid foundation to promote operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Conduct strategic purchasing of materials, supplies, and services, ensuring optimal cost-benefit ratios. Develop and manage supplier relationships, including negotiations. Monitor the market to identify trends, new suppliers, and opportunities for cost optimization. Plan and control small-scale inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels and preventing stockouts or overstocking. Receive and coordinate material storage, ensuring compliance with internal standards and safety regulations. Prepare and analyze managerial reports on purchasing and inventory.
